Fitness Classes

You can find one of our weekly fitness classes every week at The Pavilion, Graylingwell Park, Chichester. We run classes on Monday’s and Thursday’s for all ages and all abilities, which are available to book onto via our website.

Broadway Boogie is a high energy dance fitness workout inspired by Broadway and musical theatre. You can dance, sing and express yourself while working out to all your favourite musical tunes. The class includes many different musical styles from various shows and films allowing you to get the full show biz experience in 45 minutes. Become a Broadway star and take on every leading role as you embrace a different character with every single track and perform at your best.

Broadway Boogie is suitable for all participants of any fitness level. It uses the principles of aerobic training mixed with resistance and interval training to maximise the cardio component of the class to ensure a high calorie burn. Participants often find themselves working harder as they sing along to all their favourite musical numbers with a huge smile on your face!

Broadway Boogie choreography is easy to follow and always reflects the style of the musical or character in play. The movements are enjoyable and engaging, you’ll have so much fun you’ll often forget you are working out as you’re so busy dancing and singing along!

Broadway Boogie Encore

Broadway Boogie Encore is a low impact dance fitness workout inspired by musicals from stage and screen. Even though the intensity is lower in our Encore classes it is still jam packed with fun! Experience the magic of Broadway Boogie Encore with uniquely choreographed routines that are kind to your body but still deliver a heart-pumping workout

Get ready to lose yourself in this workout, from the opening step to the final bow you will be singing, dancing, sweating and having the time of your life!

Unlike high-impact classes, Encore emphasises movements that keep one foot on the ground at all times, reducing the impact on joints such as the knees and hips. This makes it an ideal option for individuals who may have joint issues, arthritis, or are recovering from injuries.

Workshops

Our workshops are designed to bring our classes to the community, whether these are run by us or privately booked. We offer all of our Broadway Boogie classes as workshops where we can come to your next event, local school, community venue and provide a bespoke session just for you and your participants.

Broadway Boogie Kids

Broadway Boogie Kids is a fun and energetic dance fitness class for 4-13 year olds. Inspired by all things stage and screen, the programme incorporates musical theatre with the principles of fitness, offering a workout that will leave everyone wanting more.

Kids will get to learn multiple musicals helping them to stay fit and active and portray a variety of their favourite chapters through dance fitness. This fun workout will allow children to build confidence, introduce them to new friends, use their imagination and learn new skills as well as so much more.

Our Broadway Boogie Kids classes are available as workshops, which you can book onto during half terms and holidays, so keep an eye for our next available one!

We also run these sessions as private bookings, where we can come to your school or club to deliver a workshop.
